What this policy covers
This policy covers the public pages at automatonic.dev, project inquiries submitted through the site, and the invitation-only client portal.
Information you choose to provide
- Project-inquiry details such as your name, email address, business context, and the problem you describe.
- Client-account email addresses used for invitation-only access.
- Deliverables, invoice-link metadata, next actions, and other project information made available inside the protected client portal.
- Messages or files you send directly to Michael outside the website.
Information collected through the site
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to allow analytics. When enabled, it may collect information about pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and interactions with the public funnel. Automatonic does not send client names, email addresses, invoice amounts, document titles, or inquiry free text to Google Analytics.
How information is used
- To review and respond to project inquiries.
- To provide invited clients with their audits, deliverables, invoice links, and next actions.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- To understand public-site usage when analytics consent has been granted.
- To keep business, tax, contractual, and project records where required.
Service providers and external links
The site is hosted by Vercel. The client portal uses Supabase for authentication, database records, and private file storage. Optional analytics use Google Analytics 4. Project inquiries may be routed through a configured workflow service. Invoice buttons can open a Found-hosted invoice or payment page. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the engagement, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including invitation-only access and row-level authorization for client records. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, change that choice through Cookie settings, request access to or correction of information you provided, or ask about deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. Email michael@automatonic.dev to make a request.
Children and changes
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. This policy may change when site practices or service providers change; the date above will be updated when that happens.
