What you take away

Know what to improve.
Understand why.

A practical review of the experience your customers can see, with the evidence beside each recommendation.

  • 01A clear summary
What already works and the main obstacles to the next step.
  • 02Annotated findings
Screenshots, observations, and explanations in plain language.
  • 03A prioritized action plan
What to address first, what can follow, and how to check the improvement.

The audit stands on its own. Any implementation is separately scoped.

WEBSITE REVIEW / SELECTED FINDING01

A call link that
leads to a dead end.

Priority · Repair first
The previous Automatonic form offered a link to arrange a call.

Observed: the call link opened an inactive booking page.

Recommended: provide a working way to arrange a conversation, then test the whole route.

What I review

Four questions.
One connected experience.

The review follows the agreed public journey. It considers clarity and usability for people and the AI agents acting for them.

01 / FIND YOU

Can customers find the right business?

Search results, public listings, and the information that brings people to your website.

02 / FEEL CONFIDENT

Is it clear why they should choose you?

Your offer, examples, essential details, and the experience on a phone.

03 / TAKE ACTION

Can they do what they came to do?

The route to an inquiry or booking: links, forms, labels, and unnecessary effort.

04 / HEAR BACK

Do they know what happens next?

One agreed test inquiry, its confirmation, and the response a customer can see.

A defined scope

A focused review.
Useful next steps.

We agree the relevant pages, main customer action, and checks by email before work starts. That keeps the $100 audit focused on a journey that matters to your business.

If your needs extend beyond this review, I’ll explain the additional scope before you commit to it.

Included

  • Public search signals and relevant business listings.
  • The agreed website pages and route to inquiry or booking.
  • One authorized test inquiry and its visible confirmation and response.
  • Annotated findings and a prioritized action plan.

Separately scoped

Private analytics, CRM and account configuration, deeper integrations, and implementation. Please do not send passwords or private customer information.

Before you decide

A few useful answers.

What does the $100 audit cover?

One business and one public customer journey, from how customers find you to the first response. We agree the relevant pages and checks by email. You receive annotated findings and a prioritized action plan.

What happens when I press “Request the $100 audit”?

A short form opens. Share your name, email, website, and main concern. Sending it starts an inquiry. I reply by email to confirm the scope, timing, and payment arrangements before work begins.

When do I pay, and when will it be ready?

No payment is taken on the request form. We agree the payment arrangements and delivery date by email before the audit starts.

Will you need passwords or private accounts?

The audit reviews the public experience. Please do not send passwords or customer information. Private analytics, account configuration, and deeper technical work need a separate scope.

Does this include fixing my website?

The audit gives you the findings and recommendations. Implementation is separate. You can use the plan yourself, give it to another developer, or ask me to propose suitable fixed-scope options.

Does the audit look at how AI agents use my website?

Yes. Alongside the human customer journey, I review whether an AI assistant can find your key information, understand your offer, and identify the next step. The audit highlights obstacles in the agreed public journey and recommends what to improve. Building those changes is a separate piece of work.

Can we talk first?

Yes. Email me to arrange a conversation about your website and whether the audit is a useful starting point. Email me to arrange a call.
