Strategy / Experience / Systems

Clarity for businesses ready to move.

I help owner-led businesses find where the customer journey or operation is losing momentum—then decide what to fix, what to ignore, and what to build next.

Selected work

Evidence before adjectives.

A small selection of real work, shown for what it is—not inflated into a wall of invented outcomes.

The Automatonic Framework

Evidence becomes a decision.

A practical way to stop treating symptoms and choose the intervention the business actually needs.

  1. 01

    Diagnose the real journey.

Start with how attention, decisions, information, and work actually move—not how the process is supposed to work.

  2. 02

    Find the leverage.

Separate the expensive friction from the merely annoying. Prioritize the few changes that deserve attention first.

  3. 03

    Build the right intervention.

The answer may be a sharper website, a conversion path, an operating system, or a simpler handoff. The problem chooses the tool.

  4. 04

    Establish what happens next.

Define ownership, measurement, and the next decision so the work keeps moving after delivery.

Why this exists

Built from the operator’s side of the table.

I did not start with an agency playbook. I started with a small business that made every weak process impossible to ignore.

Running Ældern Tomes meant living inside the same problem many owners face: too many tools, too much manual work, and no spare attention for another vague recommendation. I built systems because I needed the work to move.

The lesson was not “automate everything.” It was that clarity comes first. Automatonic is the framework I use to find the real friction, choose the right intervention, and carry it through without an account-management layer between us.

You do not need to diagnose the problem before reaching out. A few honest lines about the business and the friction are enough to start.
