Using the public site
The public site provides general information about Michael Caldwell’s work and the Automatonic Framework. You may browse it for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected client material, or use the site to transmit harmful code.
Inquiries, pricing, and proposals
Submitting an inquiry or showing interest is not a contract and does not reserve capacity. Public pricing describes starting structures and may not fit every scope. Any engagement begins only when the parties accept a separate work order, statement of work, contract, or other written agreement. That agreement controls the work if it conflicts with these site terms.
Client-portal access
Portal access is invitation-only and intended for the invited person or authorized members of that client organization. Do not forward sign-in links, share access, or attempt to view another client’s records. Access may be suspended when an engagement ends, an invitation is revoked, or misuse is suspected.
Deliverables and intellectual property
The public site, its copy, design, and the Automatonic Framework are owned by Michael Caldwell unless otherwise stated. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement; the portal itself does not change those rights.
Invoices and third-party services
Invoice links may open Found or another external service. Scheduling, analytics, authentication, storage, hosting, and other linked services have their own terms and availability. Automatonic is not responsible for third-party pages outside its control.
No guarantee from public information
Examples, descriptions, and public materials are informational. They are not a promise that a particular intervention will produce a particular commercial result. Results depend on the business, implementation, market, traffic, offer, and other conditions outside the site.
Responsibility and changes
